We found out we needed a solution for a recent Eddie display on a Friday that was going to require a fast decision be made for a Monday morning meeting. Jeff mocked up the artwork in multiple iterations over the weekend, printed them on a special substrate and had the materials ready to go for discussion prior to the meeting. "Eddie acoustics are unique and require some innovation on wholesale displays to enable them to sound as good as possible in big box environments. Mike and Jeff worked together to develop innovative concepts that were integrated into the display. They took one idea and actually produced a rapid prototype of their idea. "I wanted to take a moment to thank Jeff for his teamwork, dedication, and lightning-fast turnaround on the Tech On The Go (TOTG) product merchandising rendering this past week. I am beyond grateful for Jeff’s willingness to help in a moment’s notice for Jeff instinctively knew the importance of the rendering for this new account for it not only helped paint a picture of how our products will be merchandised in TOTG; the rendering was also desperately required to understand how many products would fit on each peg. Jeff, within a day, determined which size peg would be best suited for our products as well as how many products would fit on each peg. This was vital to understand for this would inform the forecast/pipefill.

Without Jeff’s help, I would have been delayed weeks which could have put the launch date of this new account at risk. One additional important thing to note… as we continue to onboard new accounts, we will get requests from these accounts who may not have the expertise within their own company to do something that technically one would think is their responsibility. This rendering is a good example of where one could say, this should be TOTG’s responsibility, it’s their stores, they should do the rendering. I appreciate the no-questions-asked/no push-back approach by Jeff who was willing to jump in and do what was best for the company/program regardless of who’s job it is.
