Jeffrey Miller
John Lewis Store | London England
Recreated the London Tube experience while wearing Bose Quiet Control (active noise-cancelling) headphones within an alcove of the John Lewis' personal audio and electronics department.
Video screens play train motion while audio plays passenger voices, the typical train screeches and familiar train prompts of: "next station..." and "mind the gap"... - familial Tube experiences. Customer experience (UX): The customer enters, sits down, places on the nearest headphones and the ambient noice fades away and they enjoy some music. This scenario creates a memorable "Wow" experience for the customer.

Created an animation to best depict and sell in my experience vision. It worked and has contributed to a significant lift in sales. It's now exhibiting in London.
